Apprenticeship Program

By reading this waiver, you have acknowledged the following:

The Mr. Bartender Apprenticeship is an experimental program designed to allow budding bartenders a chance to gain experience. All apprentices are personally chosen from The National Bartending School of Ventura’s list of graduates or almost-graduates and approved by Mr. Bartender himself. They will need to complete roughly 20 events with a completely perfect record in order to graduate onto being a legitimate Mr. Bartender bartender. Mr. Bartender holds all of its employees to a very high standard and because of this, the apprentices cannot be construed as being representatives of Mr. Bartender. This means they will not be wearing the same uniform as legitimate Mr. Bartender bartenders, and they will not have the Mr. Bartenders business cards displayed on the bar, though they will have some available upon request. Apprentice bartenders are not allowed to be hired out in conjunction with regular bartenders and their tools, while adequate, will not be quite as picturesque as the tools of regular bartenders.

By reading this waiver, you agree to refrain from posting any review or evaluation of Mr. Bartender on any review and/or social media website (such as, but not limited to, Yelp, WeddingWire, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) short of a 5-Star (or the equivalent) rating. If there is any issue or problem you encountered with the apprentice bartender, please take it up with Mr. Bartender, so we can possibly remedy the situation and correct the apprentice’s performance in hopes of them becoming a better bartender. Posting a review that has anything related to the use of these apprentices of anything short of 5 Stars (or the equivalent) results in the immediate discharge of that apprentice. Posting a review of anything short of 5 Stars (or its equivalent) will result in a $500 penalty automatically charged to your credit card and can hold you liable for a defamation lawsuit. If you are absolutely satisfied with the apprentice’s performance, please feel free to post a 5-Star review. Posting a 5-Star review results in you receiving a 20% discount on bartending services for your next event, the apprentice receiving a bonus, as well as possibly shortening their 20 event probationary period.
